As the 5th Chairperson of the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN), it is both an honor and a profound responsibility to lead a network that champions women’s economic empowerment across Southeast Asia.

My journey—from serving as a dental officer and pioneering modern dental care in Cambodia to founding and leading businesses in healthcare and real estate—has been rooted in one core belief: when women are empowered, communities and nations thrive.

AWEN is not just a platform for successful women entrepreneurs; it is a living, dynamic network of changemakers committed to sustainable growth, inclusive development, and regional collaboration. Through initiatives that promote business capacity, access to finance, innovation, and international networking, we are creating more opportunities for women entrepreneurs to rise, lead, and influence.

Representing Cambodia through CamWEN, I have witnessed firsthand the power of collaboration between government, the private sector, and development partners. Our collective voice must continue to grow stronger. Together, we will unlock more doors, remove more barriers, and create a future where women entrepreneurs are central to ASEAN’s progress.
