ASEAN Women Enterpreneurs Network; ASEAN Millenial Series is a series of networking event targeting women entrepreneurs in the ASEAN region that are below 40 yrs old to network throughout ASEAN partnering together, with their seniors to help strengthen the alliance of the private sector and government to empower and represent the progress, roles of women in the business sector, and focuses on women owned MSMEs for the promotion, development, and empowerment of women entrepreneurs”

The vision of this is “To accelerate the promotion, development, and empowerment of women entrepreneurs in ASEAN and partner up with governments within ASEAN”. With millennials in the front line, and their seniors guiding the way.  

July 14:
AWEN Singapore organised  participation of 7 young women entrepreneurs from Singapore in the AWEN Millennial Series (Food).  These young women entrepreneurs connected with 70 ASEAN counterparts.

Singapore participants met 70 other ASEAN Young Women Entrepreneurs during this Virtual Session. Together representative from each ASEAN country presented their products & services in the presence of Indonesia’s Minister of Tourism and the AWEN Chairperson

September 14-16:
Chairperson Irene Boey represented Singapore at the 2023 China-ASEAN Women’s Forum in China.
